Does anyone know if the nutritional value on a box of pasta is 2oz dry weight or 2oz cooked weight? I am trying to figure out how much I should be eating. Thanks.

Most is 2 ounces dry which equals about 1 cup cooked.0

It's 2 ounces dry. For regular spaghetti noodles it would equal about 6 ounces cooked.0
