Hi Eeveryone!

Fitness Pal had become quite popular with th girls at my work! I am looking to Lose 15-20 lbs. I was 10lbs lighter at this same time last year, so I need to get back to where I was then and then some! Hope this web site can help!:happy:

    thanks! I know I can do it, it is just sticking with it. am on day # 4 in a row working out. I do cardio and always make sure to burn 350-500 cals. I believe if I can eat well, and do my work out at least 4 nights/days a week I can lose my 20 lbs! I am soo excited and really do love this site!
