Sugar vs "Sugar"

Which is the more healthy option?

a) go over by a few for daily sugar intake using normal sugar

b) stay under using sugar substitutes

    Over for sure. Can't stand substitutes.

  • I stay away from processed sugars - white, brown etc. Try using stuff like agave nectar, raw honey, stevia, maple syrup.. which are not processed, but in moderation of course!
