No carb snacks/food? help please!

at the end of the day i'm finding myself at a loss of what to do.

before exercise this is what my numbers look like

cals: 220 left
carbs: -4
fat: 20 left
protein: 3 left

so what would be some good snacks/food to eat. i don't want to go over anymore on my carbs, but at the same time i have to make up for the other 3

    I would go with some pistachios you will be over on carbs a bit but you cant be exact with everything....or maybe some low sodium luncheon meat wrapped in spinach

    Meat and cheese roll-ups, hardboiled eggs, almonds, chicken/turkey breast.

    Mmmmm...all i can come up with is nuts and cheese (cheese sticks etc)
    Oh wait...how about soy joy bars...at first I hated them, now I like them and find them filling etc

    I would say, beef jerkey, eggs, cheese, any type of low carb shake. I usually supplement with the low carb slim fast or atkins because they have very low carbs but give you that little boost of calories you need, and those two low carb shakes usually have about 9 grams of fat which will help.
