I really like mine. I got it at Wal-mart for about 50 bucks and it comes with a chest strap. It's by sportline.0

bumping! i know you people use hrms!! what kind do you use and does it work good!!??0

my yoga teacher recommended the pilot hrm because it is a good quality...somebody on this thread said they saw it for 75.- on ebay. mine was 90.- at target.
that said, it is my new bff, seriously! i love it, it tells me the exact amount of calories i have burned during a workout, and if you want, you can set all kinds of programs on it...i don't, i just hit start before i exercise.
i got it because my cardio needs a lot of improvement, and i was feeling scared in certain exercise classes where my heart rate accelerated( all the way to 171, i know now!), and it felt like it would not slow down quickly enough after a spike like that.
now it is way easier for me to back off before entering that dangerous heart rate zone (and also not be so competitive and think i have to push through it!)
it is worth every penny, and much cheaper than a heart attack!0 -
ps what does bumping mean on these boards? anyone?0
