How to balance your workouts

Options
How much are woman suppose to lift lbs and do cardio a week? Is this enough to do the job and keep get toned? I usually do 3-5 days a week. Mostly 4 days
Mon:
20-30 mins of Vinayssa Yoga
and about an hour a lil over cardio
(10 mins jump rope, 10 mins eliptical, and the rest on the tredmill incline, running, walking etc)

Tues:
30 mins of core training (class)
Spin class (30 mins)

Wed:
20-30 mins of Vinayssa Yoga
and about an hour a lil over cardio
(10 mins jump rope, 10 mins eliptical, and the rest on the tredmill incline, running, walking etc)

Thursday:
Scultping class 30 mins (w/ lbs and whole body workout)
boot camp class 30 mins

Friday:
Rest or w/o day usually yoga and cardio

Saturday:
Yoga class 75 mins
ans usually 30 min of cardio after

Sunday
off
Should I be doing more machines and lbs?

    I found this article from body building.com helpful. Basically it depends on your goals. If fat loss is your goal you should lift and least twice a week and limit moderate/high impact cardio to 20-30min 4-5 days a week. Apparently the extra cals used for recovery is eaten up by the cardio.

    I noticed this myself. I started losing muscle doing moderate and high impact everyday. So I started sticking with low impact mostly and 2 days of high impact.

    Thank you.. I found out I have a mesomorph body type... Some reason I am having trouble putting together a workout plan......
