30 day shredders, maintenance?

I'm on Day 2 of Level 1 but thinking positive!

For all of you who have completed the 30DS, how do you maintain it? Do the dvd every few days? Did you stop completely? Go onto something else? Am guessing you'd lose the tone pretty quickly by not doing any of it

I dont want to watch the higher levels til I'm up to them so not sure if she mentions maintenance towards the end
