Mine is currently set to 2 pounds per week.. anyone else in the same boat? What are you doing to accomplish your goals? Have you been successful so far?

I didn't use the built-in mfp stuff. But I average 2lbs a week.0

My goal is 2 pounds a week and I'm meeting that goal. I'm limiting my carb intake and keeping calories to around 1200/day. I also exercise 2-3 times a week...either jogging, yoga, or strength/cardio combo.0

1/2 lb. week is mine.
Just want to point out that 2 lbs/week is probably not realistic unless you have over 75 lbs to lose . . . you will likely fare better by setting it to 1 lb/week, cause that's all you'll probably lose anyway. May as well eat the additional calories instead of slogging your energy.

Targetting 1lb per week GAIN currently. Was eating about 500 cals above maintenance per day. For the past week or two, I haven't bothered logging food. I think I'll start cutting (and logging again) in early February. Will probably target 0.5-1.0 lbs per week.0

Thanks guys, I probably still have about 40-60 pounds to lose.. I will decide when I lose the 40 hehe
GuruMedltatio, you are doing awesome!!! Way to go0 -
My goal is to lose ~1.7 lbs per week, which is my rough average, but this week I have been losing the Christmas weight (I gained 4lbs over 4 weeks) so I have been losing 1.3 lbs/day. I am worried about the rebound that may occur.0

Agree...harder to loose when there is less to loose.0 -
Mine is about 2 lbs a week and just simply tracking things on here have seem to help. Ive only been on here for 5 days and already lost 2.2 lbs as of today. Personaly, I stay busy with my LO, he is 6 months old and I am a stay at home mom. He love being outside so we try to go for a walk (about 1 to 1.5 miles) a couple times a week or I will ride a stationary bike for 10-20 mins on the days we dont go for walks.0
