Changing goal, recommended amounts of nutrients

Everyday my goal nutrients , fat, carbs, and protein, have a different amount, even though I have not changed weight, and have not changed my goal. Is it inaccurate, or does it try to adjust daily based on previous day food intake? Also, I think for my weight loss goal, 55% carb, 30% fat and 15% protein is way wrong to lose 2 pounds a week for an active male. It's less than even the "recommended" .8 g per kg of body weight...
