Workout Hear Rate

OK, I hear people that get their heart rate up to 160 when working out and I cannot get mine that high. I do about 3 hours of cardio a day and at least 6 days a week. I am a 53 year old male with a resting heart rate of 60. When I go jogging I get it around 125 on the elliptical it's about 110 to 135 and at spinning class I can get it up to 140. One day I did the stair master and forced myself to get to 145 but that was it. Do I have a great heart or am I not working out hard enough?
