In the 3 months I have been here I have worked hard and changed alot of bad habits I knew how much weight I've lost but it really hit me today when I found out that I fit into my old old pair of jeans a size 30. Three months ago a size 36 was tight and uncomfortable. I didn't really think I would stick to this I would really like to say thanks this site and the people on it have helped me along the way:flowerforyou:
