ok so the title says it all, when it comes to exercise, my attention span is not the greatest. I can work out for long periods of time, thats fine, but doing the same/similar workout routines everyday, drives me up the wall. (I attempted RI30 and 30DS and got up to day three, before i wanted to punch her in the face out of pure bordom).
This week alone ive done 4/5 different workouts (its only wednesday!)
I usually find a lot of workouts on youtube, and follow those full length videos. I do them once, and they are a great burn, but when i wanna do them again, I just cant stand it.
As said before, i like doing stuff like 30DS, as its scructured, and i know its done by proffesionals that will get results, not by some people at home, where inconsistency gets me no where really.
Id like to somehow get my own routine going but i dont know what to target, what exercises to do ect.
Anyway the point is, are there any workout videos out there (like Insanity/ jillian videos) that have different workouts per day, over a week long period?
I dont know if Im making sense, im pretty tired.
Does anyone else have this problem with boring monotonous dvd workouts?
