OHMIGOD why did i slide off track...a confession

I feel so gross and unhealthy. I got myself off track majorly. I wanna place the blame on stress but i know its my own fault i lost my willpower for a little bit. i have been eating non stop crappy food processed food and not working out near as much as i should. I feel like i have let myself down and feel like i am so distant from you guys. I got off track from training and my once nice fitting size 8s are a little snug i am guessing i put on close to ten in about a month. I am gonna post it in my wt loss banner only to be fair. I will even highball it and say 15. I am PROMISING myself, my future, my health, and you guys that I am getting back on track. I need to stop bsing myself and JUST DO IT!!!!!!! I have a heck of a lot more time to hit the gym with my new gig and with no pressure to be superthin and fit an ideal hanging overhead(the loser ex got into my brain badly) I can focus on renewal and look forward to a healthy happy new beginning to the perfect chapter to my life. I have to just focus and I am gonna ask you with an open heart for motivation and encouraging words to push me back into the good girl workout mode. I love you all and wanna be healthy again!!!!!

    Welcome back Joani! I'm glad you're seeing you fell of the wagon and are getting back on to ride with us! It's always more fun than riding alone.

    You have done the first part,being honest with yourself and wanting to do differently.
