Is it possible to almost completely cut it out? I am beginning to realize it is my worst enemy.

I have found a lot of "salt free" spices that add great flavor to my food. There's a good garlic & herb one that makes many things taste so much better. There's sodium in so many things, I am trying to just not add any salt to anything and if low or no sodium is an option I shoot for that0
