Starting over.

So I'm trying to lose 32 lbs.
I weighted myself on Monday and I was 212.
I want to get down to 180. That is my first goal.
ONce I reach that, I'm hoping to get down to 160.
That weight will have me happy. I need to keep it off.
I also need that extra motivation.
