I am obout 70 pounds overwieght and my teenage son is over 100 pounds overwieght. We are starting this journey together and I am looking for some help....my son is a special needs child mildly mentally handicapped. He also has some autism issues..
I am wondering if there is anyone else out there than has the same type of situation or similarities. Thomas hates to exercise and it is a daily challange to get him up and moving.
If anyone has any experience with this type of situation, please feel free to post.
