Does anyone ever feel edgy because you are hungry but have no calories left?
Maybe I am detoxing ha ha ha

    I felt pretty crabby and unmotivated my first few days of reducing calories, especially at night haha. It's been much better the last few days though, especially since I've drastically increased my water intake. I hope the edginess disappears!

    It goes away as you adjust. Keep up with your water, it really helps, and try to eat a lot of fruits and veggies. They're really low in calories so you can eat A LOT of them.
