Bang for your buck

What types of exercise give you the best bang for your buck (aka most calories burned per unit of time)? I'm sick of spending so much time in the gym and I'd love to burn tons of calories in a shorter period of time.

    I was the same way before but I found when I got stuck in a workout rut I got stuck with my weight too I found for me switching it up works better at least for me

    Switching up your cardio and strength training and just doing more progressively. Ultimately it's about how much you put into it. There's no short cuts in weight loss!
