I need to start eating better

So, I've lost 52 lbs but I took a little break for the holidays and I can't seem to get back into it. I didn't really gain anything, but for some reason it just isn't coming off anymore and it's driving me nuts. I don't think I'm eating as well as I should be and I've been eating way too many carbs.

Can I get some healthy low/no carb breakfast and lunch suggestions?

    If you want a low/no carb breakfast, start with egg whites, add veggies, and a bit of low fat cheese/lean meat and it is a lot of protein without using up your carbs for the day. As for lunch, I'm really into curried veggies+lentils right now- super filling with good carbs from the lentils.
