I have a question regarding the calories you need to eat to kind of make up for exercising. The journal adds calories to my food diary saying that I need to eat more. I usual run for an hour everyday, so I am burning around 550-600 calories...am I really supposed to eat 1700 calories a day?

Thanks!

    of course.

It really can't be stated better than in those flagged threads, but a lot of new members don't even see them when they join. If you don't know yet how to navigate the message boards it can take a bit of direction.
