Hi,
If you are doing this the healthy way, and for it to become a lifestyle change so you can keep the weight off, you can probably lose between 10 and 15 pounds in that amount of time. It depends on what you eat, and how active you are.
If you choose some extreme diet, you may lose a lot more, but it may be harder to keep that weight off on down the road.
Good luck! Losing weight -- and keeping it off as I am finding -- is hard work, and something I will always have to work to do.

Why the deadline if you truly want to make a life change?
Unfortunately you have asked an almost impossible question because you have supplied no details. Are you active, how dedicated are you, what weight are you now, what height......... the list could go on and on. Perhaps if you provide more detail then people might be able to make a calculated guess0 -

Drop the attitude, provide some specifics and then you may get some answers.
Now with that being said, you basically have 7 weeks to lose weight, and about 64 pounds to lose.
With that much to lose, you could go as high as 2 pounds a week and prob. be ok... but it may be safer to go with one pound a week and then if you lose more, then you lose more. Do I think that you will drop all 64 pounds? No.. but will you drop a 10-20? Yea probably.
Just know though that even with a perfect diet and exercise plan, you prob. will stall once or twice. Don't let that stress you out and just keep plugging away... Weight loss happens over time... it's not an over night thing.0 -
Um.. 15 pounds or so? How are we supposed to know? You generally want to keep it around 2 pounds a week or less so it's sustainable. Also, why the time limit?0

My wedding! But I have set back and gave it some thought and my health is more important than me looking good. So I'm gonna have a goal of 1 lb lost per week till all my weight is off!0

That sounds very reasonable as well as do able. So what kind of plans have you set for yourself? Cardio 5x per week...diet only...? Exercise (cardio with strength training) plus watching your diet I think is the best, it will keep everything tight and toned for your upcoming special day! But without the above mentioned exercising you risk saggy skin...very unappealling. I wish you luck...you can so do it!!!!!!!0
