Dukan Diet....care to share your experiences?

I am on the last day of my 'Attack' phase of this diet and have so far lost 7lbs

Going on to my 'Cruise' phase tomorrow and will finally be able to incorporates vegetables (never thought I'd be excited about that!!).

Has anyone else done this diet before or indeed, doing it at the moment care to share experiences?

is it an easy diet to follow? i heard about it, but haven't researched it much yet but i am curious about it
