Skinny Black Bean Mushroom Burger
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, organic, drained
10 button mushrooms, stem removed, diced
1 egg white
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion pepper
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 cup whole grain bread crumbs
Whole Wheat Hamburger Buns

In a large bowl add black beans and mash against the side of the bowl with a fork until all beans are mashed. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well. Make bean mixture into 4 patties, place on a plate, cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Lightly spray the bottom of the slow cooker with cooking spray, add the bean patties. Cover, cook on low 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until heated through. Serve on whole wheat buns with your favorite trimmings.
