I think I hit a wall.....

So I've been losing weight since novemeber so far 12 lbs!!! woohoo....now i seem to be holding steady at one weight....i cut back on my calories by almost 1/2 and i work out religously....but the weight isn't coming off anymore...



HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hmmmm...I thought it was just me. I also joined in November, have lost 13 lbs & seem to also be stuck at the same weight. Hope someone posts some good suggestions :)

    I am in the same boat! and I am frustrated. I have lost 19 lb since the first of December..lost a total of 6 inches all over and for the last week the scale has not changed..I keep fluctuating between 3 numbers. I work out 4 days a week..30 mins to an hour and im not loosing anymore... :(

    You're not eating enough.

    Eat back your exercise calories. 1200 is a lower limit, not an upper limit.

    food is fuel, not punishment.
