So frustrated!

I haven't lost weight in weeks! After an 11-week weight loss challenge I lost 15 pounds. That was mid-December and since then I haven't lost an ounce. I've reduced my calories from 1350 to 1200 (more when I work out) based on my fitness coach's recommendation and I'm doing aerobics (with some added weights) 30-45 min. a day 4x a week. I take my dog for long walks on days I don't do aerobics.
The scale has been stuck for weeks and I've tried to break the plateau by eating healthier calories and I even march in place and do squats when I watch 30 mins. of TV.
What's the deal? Shouldn't eating fewer calories and/or increasing activity get me past the plateau?
Any suggestions? What's worked for you guys?
