Lipo-6 Black Hers and other Supplements

I have used this product in the past, I liked it and was wondering if anyone has used it before or if they have an opinions on supplements?? I also used Optium Whey Protien for shakes....any input would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure what the Lipo-6 is really.

For shakes I like Isagenix (only available online) and Jay Robb products.
