GNC optidrene ??

Hi guys so the other day i went in to the gnc store and i told the guy who works there i want to loose weight what is the right things i need to use the worker app was a trained personal trainer and he recommended optidrene so i bought it along side wemons multi vitamins and protiene whey plus iv been doing palaties and lost 2 kilos in 2 days eating what i want just wondering if any one else uses it and has it helped them also the guy told me to take 2 a day im thinking that may be a little much
