Self Control Help!

Options
I do great at breakfast and lunch. I have great snacks through out the day. All of this is packed and taken to work. I am right on track and not starving.
Then at dinner, I lose it. I go way over on calories. I am at my house and often plan the meal... I just eat way more than I should.

Does anyone have advice? Any books on self control or motivation that they enjoy? Any help would be appreciated!

    Only you can do it. Try to eat more protein with your meal and add a small salad for an after dinner snack.
