Ok, so I have been doing really well on my calories and such.. actually I havent gone over, and have had a good amount left over...
Almost thought I could drop it.
I just added my walking today, and it gave me back A LOT... and I feel guilty.. like I cheated or something.

    Don't feel guilty! Gaining extra calories from walking is good thing- no a great thing! Be happy and know that the next time you work out you have those extra calories to enjoy. Feel guilty if you don't get up and walk :) Keep up the good work!

    Don't feel guilty at all.

    I usually try and estimate what my exercise will be for the day, so I know I have calories to eat a little more here and there. And if you get some extra calories left over, great but make s ure its not too much. Exercise is like a reward to eat more!
