Fitbit users: Quick question
Quick question:
Just got a Fitbit ultra, but I had a quick question. Just used it this morning, and right before I started my workout, I pressed start. I did my workout, then stopped the workout, then logged in MFP and recorded my exercise like normal. When coming and checking fitbit's website, it seems that it may have recorded my exercise twice. I just wanted to know if it did, and if in the future, I should remove the fitbit, and only use it for non exercise activites? My workout involves a lot of upper body, so Im assuming fitbit cannot record that. Should I just use fitbit for walking around, sleep monitoring, etc, and more intense stuff, take it off? Any help would be great!
