Strength Training

Ok, so I'm doing INSANITY and it's mostly cardio. I'm looking for something to do while I still keep doing insanity to help with the strength training aspect. I do NOT want to do p90x lol. I am a total pansy when it comes to weight lifting and such. I need something that won't be too extreme. Any suggestions?
