ideas, suggestions please

I started MFP the first part of January. Prior to that I was using Live Strong. It is fairly similar except MFP works on my mobile phone for free. I joined a weight loss challenge and I gain 0.6 lbs this week and am so disappointed. I have been sick this week so don't know if it is because of that, but I still exercised - intensity wasn't as strong as it should have been but I just exercised a bit longer - just so I am moving.
I have made my diary public - would any one like to offer any suggestions in what I can do better. Thank you!

I would get a food scale and an HRM to make sure you are not under estimating food and over estimating exercise. We all made that mistake in the beginning.0

I weigh and measure 90% of my food. When I looked at HRM at Scheel's they were over a $100.00 - wow can't afford that so I just have been using the HRM on the machines that I use. I log my information into 3 different sites for exercise and they all come fairly the same and it is under what the machine says too. have had 3 weeks of clean eating and so tonight I splurged a little with my family. Beside that, other suggestions about my food diary. Suggestion on a HRM that isn't $100.00 and is good to use too?0

Being sick has a lot to do with it, anytime you're sick you should rest your body. Don't worry about exercise, focus on rest. I'm sure you'll see it'll work out and come off once you're back healthy. Don't stress over this one week.0
