Morning all. I realized that a whole year has gone by of my saying I'll diet next week and now I'm 40 days away from my cruise and haven't lost any weight. So now I'm all rampled up cause my daughter said she joined Myfitnesspal so she could lose a little weight.

I'm going to try to reach a loss of 10 lbs before my cruise. I think that is a reasonable goal. Not what I had originally wanted but hey that's what I get for procrastinating.

I'd like to get more "Friends" on my feed.

Wanna be friends?

    Hey try the Adkins induction phase.... I did it and lost 18lbs in two weeks. I don't do low carb for the long term but whenever I hit a weightless plateau I do this phase and seem to get the scale moving down again.

    With all the food you will probably eat on that cruise, you are better off staying the way you are and trying to get healthy when you come home. Otherwise you will gain it all back and then some.
