Input on food log

I am looking to get toned, lose body fat, gain strength and endurance. I am only looking to lose 5-10 pounds and keep it off. I have spent most of my life at 105-110, but lately it is hard to keep my weight there and I feel very jiggly. I am currently doing resistance Pilates at home and swim with a masters team. I ski on the weekends.
If someone is able to comment on my food log, and give some suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it.
