Hi, I am Zonder, I am neglecting my basal metabolic rate...and need the motivation to do this exercise thing and get into shape...I do not like to diet, and do not like to eat soooo catch 22...I was also forced on this site...which is good! LET'S DO THIS!!!!!

I need exercise motivation big time!! I've gotten really lazy but am remembering how good exercise made me feel. I have to rid myself of the notion that going to the gym and/or hiking is a self-indulgence I don't deserve, and I have to stop making excuses. Exercise and good eating must be a priority if I want to live a better, longer life!0
