They come off like clockwork, anyone else?

I see lots of threads about people having weight fluctuations, up a pound, down a pound, things like that.
I consider myself lucky the weight seems to come off like clockwork. I weigh in every day on a Withings Scale to keep an accurate log but it seems I can almost predict how much I will lose each day.
I can't be the only one that this is working for in this way.
Are there any other people that are having the same experience?

My weight came off pretty regularly whilst i was trying to lose, though when i tried to slow down the weight loss i over shot a little, but I've heard that's not uncommon.0

I had been very consistent. My average is pretty consistent too. The last 3 months though I'll have a week with no loss, then a large loss the next week to smooth the average out again. This week is the first time I've seen a gain (0.2lbs) since I began June 1. I also just started some seriously intense weight training last week though, so I think I'll find myself losing again next week.0
