Morning, Noon, or Night???

I know working out is better than not working out (duh).
But what is the best time of day to exercise?
The last two weeks I have been working out in the evenings, and I feel like my weight loss has slowed down quite a bit. :grumble:
Is it my imagination (that the weight loss has slowed) or should I consider going back to working out in the morning?
I would like to get that extra 30-45 minutes of sleep... But I'd like to lose the weight even more. Let me know what you think!
