My bad knees and hip make it nearly impossible for me to get up/down from the floor.
Has anyone purchased a fitness table (like the ones they have us lay on in PT) for home use for doing "floor" exercises on (crunches, leg lifts, etc)?
If so, which brand do you suggest (there are SO many)?
And where can you find one for less (they're SO expensive)?
I've googled it, but haven't come up with much.
