Maintenance is work too!

So… I surpassed my goal weight two years ago (from 306lbs in 2007 to 165lbs by 2009) and now I’m at 182. I’m trying to maintain a maintenance weight range of 170 – 175 and I have discovered that this is truly a lifestyle and lifetime commitment. I am targeting a 10lb loss by April 1. My husband and I joined the MFP recently and just by logging the food we’ve already discovered some reasons why the scale has crept back up.
Does anyone have any maintenance tips?

I've been at it now for nearly 18 months and I feel ya. Your word "work" is definitely the key to the equation... to me it seems it does not work unless I consider weight loss, maintenance, and exercise to be a part time job that I am required to do each day along with all my other committments.0
