Hi ~!
I'm Karen. o uo I'm a 21yo, full-time student, part-time worker just looking to shed some fat and lose a few more pounds before my girlfriend returns for spring break.
Since winter break, I must admit I've slacked off on my running, and have been indulging in food at restaurants and at home. So now I have to get back into my routine.
I find that interval training (jogging and running with periods of speed walking) on the treadmill helps a lot! I lost more fat on my thighs (to the dismay of my girlfriend lol) and along my sides and back. I avoid weight training due to my body chemistry and structure; my body has this tendency to build muscle quicker than the average person (my calf muscles are monstrous lol). Plus my girlfriend likes me lean but squishy. o vo Lol ~
