I am so frustrated!!!

I started here back in early November I believe. I mostly lurk and don't post but find lots of motivation here. I have lost about 19 pounds so far. I have been a yo yo weight loss person my entire adult life and I am looking to do things in a healthy sane way. I have really stepped up my exercise in the last few weeks. I walk/jog every morning for 45 minutes. I have joined the YMCA and take a Body Pump class twice a week, did Boot camp twice this week, worked on the cardio machines 2 other days. I have given up soda, sweets, chocolate and fried foods. I stopped tracking my food a few weeks ago because it all stayed the same most of the days. Right around 1200-1400 calories per day.
I'm frustrated because I have only lost 3 pounds in the past month. I gained a pound this past week and I worked out harder than I ever have in my life. I know that I am building muscle with the work outs but I am so frustrated and just need to vent!!!
