Banquet lunch, bad idea for nutrition?

What do you think of the nutritional value for these frozen lunches? I saw them on a great sale and was going to pick some up to have for future lunches. Here are the facts from one I had recently, the mexican style enchilada combo. They have many others too, most of which are fewer than 350 calories.

Personally, that would not be enough protein for me for 410 calories.
I am sure others will comment on the sodium, but i dont really concern myself with that.0 -
I keep them and frozen steam-able vegetables in my freezer. I try to keep mine to about 350ish calories max so that I can add the vegetables to it to bulk the meal up. Just the frozen meal itself is not nearly enough for me. I buy the Lean Cuisine or Healthy Choice meals and Green Giant Vegetables (or organic ones if they are on sale).
People will post about the evils of sodium and processed foods. However, do what works for you! I don't see the overall harm in them as long as you are not eating them daily. Is it healthier to make your own meals? Yes. Is it always possible or something you want to do? No. I use them as backups for "those days".0
