Hi out there. I can't believe I have waited this long to do something about my weight or I should say health. I am working funky hours and getting very little sleep in at night so I can be up with my kids in the morning, then back to bed for a few hours, back up, start dinner, get ready for work and start my day (night) over again. I am in huge need of support. I really want to stay on track and am grateful for being introduced to this sight. I'm looking forward to sharing tips & recipes with everyone. Good luck to all.
