What does everybody do to motivate themselves to go to the g

This is my biggest weakness. I love being at the gym once I am there but I have such a hard time actually getting there. Do you all have tips and tricks, or motivational tools that you use to get to the gym on a daily basis? I would love to hear them!

    I have a schedule set out. It's part of my calendar. I just go. There's no surprises. There's no waffling. I don't have a choice.

    I try to think that the sooner I train, the closer Ill be to my goal, and that really helps a lot. And ooking through tons of fitspo blogs on tumblr. :)

    I just do it early before my brain knows what I'm doing. Wake up 4:30, there by 5:15, out by 6:30 and have the *option* of cuddling my SO until 8 if I want. Knowing that helps. :)

    It's an appointment on my calendar, like a doctor's appointment, I have to go. I pack my bag the night before so I have no excuses. And I've been doing it long enough now that I want my work day to be over so I can go to the gym - it's become a habit!

    I also tell myself, on those days that I want to rest, that I've never left the gym regretting going - I always feel great after a workout. :bigsmile:
