Okay so i love pasta bake, but i hate the ready made ones.. i do occassionally make my own sauces but for time and due to flu tonight i used pre made base sauces.

Cals: 488 carbs: 60 Fat: 12 protien: 35

ingredients

Morrisons - Tomato Smoked Bacon Pasta Sauce, 30 g -- or any good pasta sauce. I use this as it has little bacon bits, a proper bits of tomato in it and it's really delicious and really low in calories!

Philadelphia Cream Cheese - Light Cheese With Chives, 15 grams

Tesco Value - Penne Pasta, 50 g (uncooked)

Tesco Organic - Tomato Purée - Double Concentrated , 15 g (1 tablespoon)

Daddies - Tomato Ketchup, 15 g Serving

Generic - Honey Ham (Water Added) Ends & Pieces, 2 Oz.

Bernard Matthews - Wafer Thin Turkey Ham, 120 g

untensils needed

Two tablespoons

a teaspoon

a bowl for serving

a little ramikin or pot

a small pan

a cooker (of course) and a hob <-- but also you can do this in the microwave!

a kettle of boiled water

oven baking proof bowl

Method

Boil the kettle for hot water to cover the pasta

add the uncooked pasta - 50g for one person - into a pan

cook it in water for about 5-7 mins until it still has a bite to it.. or even to it's soft depending how you like your pasta cooked! Pre-heat your oven at 180c 350°F gas mark 4

add the pasta sauce and philly into the ramikin or small pot and mix together slightly

add the pasta into the bowl and then scrap in the sauce and mix together adding in the tomato puree and ham

mix together with a spoon -- use the same spoon you used for the sauce or even a clean spoon if you prefer.

bake in the oven for 5 minutes remove and stir in the tomato sauce for extra flavour

dish up and serve and enjoy!

serving suggestions
I added a side salad and onion rings but you could also add garlic bread in. it's healthy in calories and in fat and salt.
