Day 2 od 30 DS went much better than day one. Everyone is right, it gets better and easier each day. I also had my BF/husband workout with me which gave me more motivation to keep going. Tomorrow is day 3 which is make it or break it. I am sure I will do fine.
Also hope to go on a 45 minute walk later tonight with my son and dog.

Great job!! I finished Day 3 yesterday and in some aspects it was hard and then some was easier. I was more sore yesterday than any other day, but it is finally getting better. DF is doing it with me and made a comment that he is feeling strong today. Keep at it! Can't wait to hear your results!!0

I just finished day 2 also. Yesterday though I did not use weights and today I did (2lbs). Both days for me were hard...lol. I sure hope it gets easier as we build up some endurance. I follow the girl in the green workout clothes. Good luck!0

Yeah for you! I just finished Day 7 of level one on Wednesday. Took last night off (I think Jillian gave me a cold) because I didn't feel well. Plan to start again this afternoon. It is still hard but......I've lost an inch in the hips, one in the waist and two measured under my bust. I measured prior to day 1. Can't wait to see the next week's results!0

Way to go! I love to shred! I am on round 2 of the shred but I do it every other day (M,W,F) and then on tuesday and thursday I do other excercises im in the mood to do. I commend you for doing it everyday! It is hard!!! I did it all the way through and it took alot of dedication but you get great results!

To the people wondering about the shred. I really don't feel like its that bad! Its an awesome workout in 20 minutes! I definitely felt like I was using those muscles (I did Day 2 today). But I really feel like if you are doing any kind of strength training then you will be good, not in the sense that its EASY but you will be able to push through it! I take Martial Arts, I did the shred then few hours went and did my class where we did Knuckle pushups, wrist (crazy I know) and fingertips 3 sets of 15 on hardboard to toughen up and I am not sore.
Was it easy? No way! Can you do it? TOTALLY! For 20 minutes, put on some songs that equal that time and when they are you DONE! You are DONE! Whoop! Totally worth it!!!0
