Upper Arms....

I have a common problem that a lot of women have with their upper arms. BAT WINGS. Ughhh....!! I'm not silly enough to think that I can "spot reduce" but I do know that there are ways to help target those areas. Does anyone know of any great DVD's out there that incorporate these movements into a workout. I'd like to be a little more comfortable and confident in sleeveless clothes when summer hits this year. :wink:
