Do I really need a rest day?

Options
If my workouts are not that intense do I really need a rest day? I don't want to love my motivation by I don't want to burn out either. Here's what I have been up to, please let me know if you think I should rest today:

(The DVD's are all Jillian Michaels)

Week 1
Dec 31st: Extreme Shred and Shed DVD
Jan 1st: 2.5 mile run
Jan 2nd: 30 mins of No More Trouble Zones DVD and 1 hour walk
Jan 3rd: 30 mins swimming laps
Jan 4th: 1 hour hike
Jan 5th: 23 mins of No More Trouble Zones DVD and boxing 1 hour
Jan 6th: 10 minutes swimming laps and Ripped in 30 DVD

Week 2
Sat Jan 7th: 1 hour roller blading Beach
Sun Jan 8th: 1.8 hour (110 minute) bike ride Beach
Mon Jan 9th: NMTZ circuit 1-2, walk 1 hour Beach
Tues Jan 10th: run 3 miles neighborhood
Wed Jan 11th: 30 day shred 25 mins
Thurs Jan 12th: run 2 miles Park, walk 15 mins
Friday Jan 13th: Ripped in 30 or rest?
