Hi All!

My friend recommended I join this site to track my fitness goals. I like the site so far and I like the encouragement everyone gives each other. Positive reinforcement! Being able to see what your meals contain makes a huge difference! I thought I was coming close to my daily protein goals but I soon found out I was far behind!

My goals aren't to loose weight here but maintain my current weight while trading the fat for muscle. I like being 185. I feel it's a comfortable weight for me. Being able to track my food intake/workouts via MFP will make a great difference in the way I work out and eat.
