I am sure many people already have this.... I am pretty sure I found this recipe here. I made it last night for dinner and it was awesome. Totally satisfying!

Crustless Pizza
1 egg
1 cup skim milk
2/3 cup flour
1/3 cup fat free cheddar cheese

Mix the above ingredients together.

Bake at 400 for 20 mins (I did 15 mins), in a lightly greased pie plate (I used Pam). Take out, add toppings of choice ( I used pepperoni), bake for 10 more mins.

Cut into fourths, each slice ( of mine using pepperoni) came out to 150 cals. This will vary depending on toppings used.

My hubby and I are both pizza lovers and this hit the spot! I made one for lunch today as well and plan on using a light marinara sauce for dipping. Yum!

Yeah, crustless would mean no flour or related products to bread...

This sounds more like a flat-bread.... either way, count me out.. I am so allergic and sensitive to bread products.... been experimenting on perfecting that cauliflower crust that is on the net...

That was the name of the recipe, but yes..... this does make a crust.

I think the term crustless in this case means that it doesn't have a typical pizza crust.

Thank you for asking that, I am not the only crazy one. It looks sauceless but it has a crust. The sauce is the least of high calories things on a pizza besides onions or peppers.
  • This is not the same but what i did i made italian pita pizza just a regular pita pizza but we cut the pizza bread in half so the bread would be thinner it was delicious but i was still hungry after 3 tho but that may be because of my diet now so :P but try it !
